2024 Strength and Conditioning Camp

We help athletes become stronger, faster & more injury resilient

Start Date: June 24th
End Date: August 15th

This camp is designed to help your child and give them the opportunity to gain a competitive edge. They will improve their overall athleticism and learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle by learning proper lifting techniques, sprinting & agility strategies, and proper nutritional & recovery strategies. We will accomplish this by coaching your child using the latest nutritional and sports performance research.

Strength Training / Speed & Agility Training (45 – 90 mins)
Mon, Tue, Wed, & Thu (Grades 8-12)

  • 9:00 am – (12 limit)
  • 9:30 am – (12 limit)
  • 10:00 am – (12 limit)
  • 10:30 am – (12 limit)
  • 11:00 am – (12 limit)

Youth Speed & Agility (45 mins)
Tue & Thu (Ages 7-12)

  • 2:00 pm- (30 limit)
