How to play & rules:
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each bracket is $20.00 plus the card processing fee. You can enter as many brackets as you’d
like. - Payments must be received on or before Thursday, March 20, 2025 by 10am ET as we need time
to confirm receipt of payment & send the private group name and password to each participant
to join the HB Booster Club’s March Madness private group. - Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email with a link to our March
Madness registration page along with the private group name and password within a few hours
of receipt of payment. The email will be sent to the email address you listed when you paid for
your bracket(s). - You have the ability to change your picks until Thursday, March 20, 2025 at noon ET. All game
picks will lock at the scheduled tip off time of the first game of Round 1 during the Tournament
currently scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025 at noon ET (the “Lock Time”). Selections
submitted after the Lock Time are considered invalid. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Fill out your bracket! Each bracket must be completed by the Lock Time in order to compete. For
your entry to be complete, you must select the team that you think will win for each of the sixty-
three (63) games in the Tournament, including the final championship game, and provide a tie-
breaker score. The bracket selection only applies to the field of sixty-four (64) teams of the
Tournament and does NOT include any play-in or other qualifying games. Once payment is
made, no refunds will be issued if a bracket is not completed by the Lock Time, regardless of the
reason. - Scoring & Rules: This fundraiser will follow the ESPN Men’s Tournament Challenge scoring
system & rules. A predicted final score must be entered in case of a tie. - PRIZES: Half of the prize pool from the fundraiser will go to & support the HB Booster Club. The
top 3 finishers will be paid a percentage of the remaining half of the prize pool as follows:
FIRST PLACE = 70%
SECOND PLACE = 20%
THIRD PLACE = 10% - Please note if you register by obtaining the group name and password without paying, you will
be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
